My American sister lives in Austria and bakes gorgeous traditional Linzer cookies each year. My spin was to use pecans, orange zest and cran-cherry jam. Makes a beautiful wreath centerpiece. The kangaroos? One of my sons and his wife live in Australia. As my grandson pointed out - kangaroos can be for Christmas, too. Cheers to a good 2021.
