A delicious old-school white loaf. So easy to make and the dough is so pillowy it is a joy to knead. It stays soft enough for sandwiches longer than most home made white loaves. It also makes amazing toast (swimming in butter with a judicious spread of Vegemite for preference). Here I have a sandwich of ham off the bone, cheddar cheese and mango chutney. I am holding off eating the last few slices, as I sense Nigella's Doughnut French Toast in my future.
