This recipe is not 10 minutes and 10 seconds for me. The dough was so sticky that even after 10 minutes kneading it was not taking the shape of ball. Somehow I managed to get it done. Bread turned out moist and delicious. I don't have bread flour. I made it substituting 5tsp all purpose flour to 5tsp protinex powder. Instead of spoilt milk, I used milk and lemon juice. I don't have big loaf pan, so I made 2loaves. I enjoyed it with garlic bread with homemade garlic butter, sandwiches spreading cheese dip (hung yogurt +cream cheese+ mustard), cheddar cheese, tomatoes and capsicum and my cup of cappuccino of course
