A springtime delicacy, a cake of Pistachio, Pear, and Rose baked by Stella, my granddaughter 8, and myself. We whirled the ingredients in the food processor. Splashing the Rosewater, a heavenly aroma arose. Together, we inhaled the fragrance of the batter. We decorated the cake with one yellow rose scattered with Princess Dianna hybrid-tea petals. Indeed a cake for my family and a princess.
