The cake was a birthday surprise for my sister, Jane, who had to self isolate over her birthday. She loves Maltesers and Horlicks, so this was the perfect way to celebrate at home! I followed the recipe to a tee, and it turned out marvelously. I just added some colourful lettering to add the birthday greeting (and, importantly, to match the birthday girl's nails). The cake was delicious, and very well received!
