I made this delicious cake into cupcakes for my Dad’s 83rd birthday. He has Alzheimer’s and cupcakes are easier for him to handle. The cupcakes are a gorgeous deep dark colour and are delicious (I may have tried one while preparing them!). Thank you for a wonderful recipe
