Have used Nigella's recipe for this cake over and over again. It is my go to recipe usually for people requesting a chocolatey cake that is not too sweet but so moist with the added ingredient of the Guinness. I cover the Guinness cake in cream cheese icing then liberally sprinkle with cocoa! Always a show stopper and a huge conversation starter! Voila
