The combination of plump Summer berries and luscious cream cheese evoked thoughts of a Summer picnic in the Alps to me. So I enlisted the help of my Austrian niece who joyfully obliged. We could not source fresh redcurrants, but wanted them present, so we glossed the fresh berries with a warmed redcurrant jelly.
