I enjoyed making this Yule Log, it’s super light and the dark chocolate frosting means it isn’t too sweet so you can eat a nice big slice. I decorated it with some holly which I collected from a recent trip to Yorkshire, and made it snowy to reflect the magical Christmassy snow we had while there.
