Followed this recipe to the letter, but felt the three components - a light and airy sponge, a luxurious creamy yoghurt and a sweet yet tart fruit compote lended themselves to being assembled as individual trifles. A refreshing end to a dinner party and a delicious combination. Light and delicate, with a zesty lemon tang.
