This luscious lemon pavlova recipe is a complete change from my usual strawberries and cream. It's an absolutely perfect Sunday lunch dessert and I wondered why I've not thought of it myself, thank-you Nigella. The lemon zest adds pizzazz, the toasted almonds add a finishing crunch.
