'Almond and Orange Blossom Cake' said 'sunshine' to me and summer so I wanted it to look bright and cheery! The recipe was easy to follow and I served it as a pudding with a small glass of 'Napoléon Mandarine' liqueur on the side. My guests were very happy and only one small portion remains! I used dried rose buds, toasted almonds, raspberries and a sprinkling of icing sugar to create this summery delight!
