
This is one of my favorite Nigella recipes—I even posted about this exact cake on Instagram back in 2013. This time, I made it in a pound cake form with three layers to make it more sandwich-like. I used my own quick strawberry jam and topped it with fresh strawberries, as they’re in season this month. Lovely!
