Summer Pudding On a wet damp Summer's Day the vibrant colours of mixed berries was enough to bring a smile just looking at it sitting regally in my new flan dish. I decided to use brioche, added lemon juice and zest with a few teaspoons of rose water. So fragrant and colourful.
