This month’s Cookalong is going to be your new Easter favourite – Nigella’s Easter Egg Biscuits. They are made from a buttery, almond-rich dough that re-rolls beautifully. Cut out Easter egg shapes and make a hole for the yolk with the larger end of an icing nozzle, or indeed any similar sized circle cutter you can find. And if you can’t get an Easter egg cookie cutter, you can go freestyle on whatever shape you like!
Once you have finished creating your cookies, take a photograph, add your caption, then send it to us, and you will then be in the running to win a signed book of Nigella’s. We will upload your entry and will announce the winner at the beginning of next month.
