Spiced and Fried Haddock with Broccoli Puree is a breeze, with its fresh and gently spiced flavours, while my Warm Spiced Cauliflower and Chickpea Salad With Pomegranate Seeds is one of my favourite suppers - and makes for great leftovers too, perfect for packing for lunch when you head Back To School. And I urge you to try the humbly-named Old Rag Pie - think sweet-and-salty Greek cheesecake - or for a citrus-scented burst of heaven in pudding form, my Lemon Pavlova.
