Cut each tortilla into half then quarters then eighths. ie each tortilla should have 8 pizza shaped triangles. Heat oil and deep fry 4 wegdes at a time till golden brown and crispy. Drain on absorbent paper. Per 8 wedges, mix 1/2 cup icing sugar and 1tsp ground cinnamon in the brown freezer bag. While still warm add the wedges and, while holding the bag closed, give it a good shake to cover all the wedges. Tip out into a big bowl or platter. Repeat untill all the wedges are done.
