Pan Seared Salmon With Mustard Sauce

Whisk together mustard, sugar, vinegar, garlic, oil, and dill. Set aside. Season salmon with salt/pepper. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and cook salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side. Top salmon with mustard sauce.

- ground black pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic (a large clove, minced)
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh dill
