Cut the onions into small cubes and fry them for a while. Put the meat on the onions and fry til they turn white. Add the pepper, salt and red paprika powder and fry them a bit together. Cut the carrots and add them to the meat, add enough water to cover the mixture. Cook until the meat is soft. Add the potato cubes to the soup and cook until they are soft as well.
