Cream sugar and margarine together, add egg, then flour and baking powder. Divide into two round tin foil dishes and bake at 180 until brown. About10 minutes. Filling: mix condensed milk, 3 tins water and sugar together and bring to boil. Mix cornflour, eggs, vanilla essence, and beat into the condensed milk. Put back on stove until thick, keep beating so it does not go lumpy, and add the butter. Divide into the two dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
