Red Roasted Peppers in a Glass

Before you begin make sure to drain all the excess liquid from peppers. My glass was a 0,4dl scotch glass. Line the glass with clingfoil. Press feta at the bottom, then mayonnaise and sour cream. Then peppers and mayonnaise and sour cream. Then egg, peppers, .mayonnaise and sour cream with chicken and a bit of feta. Close with ham. Let cool in the fridge for couple of hours. Flip over the glass on a plate where it's served. Remove the glass. Remove the foil. Enjoy!
Introduction
As all good recipes come about this one came by accident... I had two red peppers in the freezer and a bit of everything...just not enough to serve by itself....it came out as a beautiful lunch for one person....enjoy....make up your own glass when cleaning out the fridge....some cleaning it was that it ended up on the internet...and share your glass with us.

- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 2 tablespoons pieces of chicken (boiled, cut into cubes)
- ham (a round piece)
- 3 tablespoons feta cheese (grated)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
