Cut meat in to slices, marinate in mustard mixed with soy sauce and half of the oil, cook the pasta, and take on a side, pre fry the sezam on 1 tbsp of oil add pasta to it ajvar and wine vinegar and stir it. Cut onion in to half moons, cucumber and carrot in to stripes, pick out the meat from marinate, make it dry, and fry it on left 2tbls of oil, mix vegetables and pasta with sezam, layer by layer with lettuce and on top of it put the slices of turkey.:)
