Heat 1 tbs butter and 2 tbs oil and fry turkey slices, salt to taste, set aside. Heat 1 tbs butter and 2 tbs oil, fry mushrooms adding a bit of water while cooking, salt at the end. Add cream to mushrooms, let bubble once, set aside. Thicken with flour paste (flour and water). Put back on stove, stir until thickens a bit. Pour over turkey.
