Ingredients
Serves: 6
For the Macaroni
- 2 cups macaroni
- 18 ounces minced meat
- 2 cloves minced onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons mixed herbs
- soup powder (can get from Indian stalls)
- 5 eggs (beaten)
For the Topping
- 1 chilli sauce
- scallions (leaves)
- 1 minced onion
- 1 red chile
Method

1.Boil the macaroni until soft and then when its soft put aside ( don't forget to throw away all the water).
Stir fry big onion, garlic until smells good and turn into yellowish colour.
Put inside the soup mixture. Let it look little browny a bit.
Put in together minced meat. Let it cook until he meat really cook enough. Now we can add all the macaroni into this mixture. Pinch a little bit of sea salt.
Put all of the mixture into a casserole . Beat egg and pour into the mixture.
Baked in 145ºC for 45 minutes.
Put all the toping ingredients on the baked macaroni.
