  • 1 avocado
  • 1 can tuna (or 250g of fresh tuna)
  • 100 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • gram salt
  • gram pepper
  • gram olive oil
  • gram balsamic vinegar
  • 2 basil leaves (for decoration)

Method

  • Peel the avocado and cut into middle sized cubes.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves, if small, or in quarters (when bigger). Add the tuna.
  • Dressing: Mix the olive oil with balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and the squashed garlic.
  • Mix dressing with the salad and toss the basil leaves on top. Tip: if you like it more zesty then add a bit of mustard in the dressing.
