Avocado Smoothie

Introduction
Here goes, youre either going to love this or hate it (most people love it). This is a simpler version of something my grandmother use to make me for breakfast when I stayed summers with her in Brazil. I know it might sound disgusting (and it looks....well....green!) but I promise its so good . In the summertime in Brazil this is a very popular (so is avocado Ice-cream). I know my grandmother adds cream, vanilla extract, adds it with other fruits and its amazing but this is an easy recipe given to me by a Brazilian friend here in London who has been hunting for this recipe all summer, she found this one and passed it on to me, now Ill pass it on to you.
