First we cut the arabic pita bread into bite size pieces and put it in a pyrex or a porcelin bowl as you like. We mix the lemon juice and the crushed garlic with the hummos because it doesn't have enough lemon and garlic Then we boil the garbanzo beans water with the whole garbanzo beans for a minute , we put some whole boiled garbanzo beans on top of bread pieces and pour the broth, then add two heaped table spoons of the hummos mixture and mix until the bread is covered with a layer of hummos and the broth Then top the dish with the remaining hummos mixture (if you find it thick to spread on top you can add a little bit more of lemon juice or if you don't like it too lemony you can add a little garbanzo beans broth just to make it easier to spread on top of the bread mixture Then garnish with the remaining whole boiled garbanzo beans and parsley and paprika and pine nuts, serve immediatly because it should be at least warm when served so you should combine all the ingredients at the last minute before serving your meal. If you don't have a hummos shop around you can buy canned whole garbanzo beans and in the mixer add lemon and garlic and taheeneh to your taste. enjoy
