Fry the onion until translucent Add the garlic and ginger Add the spices Fry until toasted Add the mince and cook until brown Add the tomatoes, stock herbs and chillies Cook for as long as you have on low heat about 2 hrs usually is great Season with plenty of salt and pepper Make the white sauce by melting the butter and combining the flour cook over low heat for 5 minutes Add the milk slowly to avoid lumps Add cream if preferred Add nutmeg salt and pepper Lay the lasagne starting with mince and ending with sauce, if using no cook sheets let stand for about and hr and then bake at 180 degree F for about 45 min Enjoy

- 1 milk
- 1 cream
- 1 ground nutmeg
- 1 butter
