Metric Cups
  • 1 punnet strawberries (washed, dried with stalk intact)
  • 150 grams dark chocolate
  • 150 grams white chocolate
  • 1 punnet strawberries (washed, dried with stalk intact)
  • 5 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 5 ounces white chocolate

Method

Chocolate Strawberries is a community recipe submitted by ChrisRSA and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.

  • Cover a baking sheet with grease proof paper and set aside.
  • Holding the stalk of the strawberries dip them half of the way into the melted dark chocolate mixture,you can alternate white to dark chocolate.
  • Lay the strawberries next to each other on the baking sheet,decorate in swirls with either white or dark chocolate, and place in the freezer to set for 10 minutes.
  • To serve, pile the strawberries into a large bowl or onto a nice white serving plate.
