Chocolate Strawberries

Cover a baking sheet with grease proof paper and set aside. Holding the stalk of the strawberries dip them half of the way into the melted dark chocolate mixture,you can alternate white to dark chocolate. Lay the strawberries next to each other on the baking sheet,decorate in swirls with either white or dark chocolate, and place in the freezer to set for 10 minutes. To serve, pile the strawberries into a large bowl or onto a nice white serving plate.
