Wholewheat Lemon Cake

Preheat oven to 190c Sieve the flour into a bowl and tip the remaining bits in after. Sieve the sugar into the bowl. Add baking powder and bicarb. Melt the butter in a microwave or pan and add to bowl. Add the eggs and combine the ingredients well. Stir in the lemon juice and lemon rind. Add the cream cheese, as much as you can get on a spoon and mix it in well. Put mixture in cake tin (I used one of those rectangular rubber ones) Bake in the oven until cooked. When it comes out jab it with skewer and pour some lemon juice over it.
Introduction
This is one of the tastiest cakes I've ever made and it all sort of happened purely by accident - i'm sure its not the most original recipe in the world and has probably been done before but it tasted good.

- 8 ounces butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 juice of lemon
- lemon rind
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

Additional Information
I'm sure there is probably a better way of making this cake but the method I've written down is what I did but it really was just a matter of combining everything and bunging it in an oven.
