Slice or dice kiwifruit and avocado and toss lightly with arugula or some watercress, a bit of lime juice and some freshly ground black pepper.
Introduction
More of an idea for combining ingredients than a geniune recipe. The quantities given are a suggestion only. You don't need oil as the avocado will coat the other ingredients a little. Use more of what you like, and less of what you don't. This amount will serve two if served alongside some slices of smoked salmon or with a piece of grilled salmon.

- Juice of ½ a lime
- black pepper (to taste)
- 2 handfuls arugula (or watercress)
