Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon carrot (finely grated)
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons water (hot)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 red chilli (seeded and finely sliced)
- 1 teaspoon peanuts (crushed, to serve)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
