Ingredients

Metric Cups
  • 1 packet orange jelly
  • 1 can peach (sliced)
  • 1½ packets sponge fingers
  • 1 packet vanilla angel delight
  • 1 packet chocolate angel delight
  • milk
  • brandy
  • 1 packet orange jelly

  • 1½ packets lady fingers or savoiardi
  • 1 packet vanilla angel delight
  • 1 packet chocolate angel delight
  • milk
  • brandy

Method

  • put the peach slices in the base of a round ring pan
  • make up the jelly and pour over peach slices, chill until jelly is set. Make up both packs of angel delight with milk as directed,
  • place a thin layer of vanilla delight over set jelly, then dip fingers briefly in milk which has a bit of brandy added to it, and place dipped fingers over vanilla delight.
  • Then layer of choc delight, Another layer of milk dipped fingers....
  • Carry on until ring pan is full, ending with a layer of delight. Chill in fridge for a few hours.
