Preheat the oven on 180oC. Heat the butter in a fryingpan and fry the onion and the oregano for 7-10 minutes on small heat until the onion is soft and is beginning to caramelize. Spoon this mixture into 12 shollow muffintin holes and dived the grated zuchini on it. Whip the eggswith 1 tbsp. water and some salt and fresh grounded white pepper. Dived the eggmixture over the zuchini and sprinkle the parmasan cheese over them. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until they've puffed up...
