- ½ kilogram chicken
- 5 cardamom (green)
- 3 cardamom (black)
- 1 star anise
- 2 leaves bay leaves
- 1½ tablespoons garam masala
- 1 tablespoon chicken masala
- 3 tablespoons onion paste
- garlic paste (to taste)
- ginger paste (to taste)
- 2 cloves
- 2½ tablespoons plain yoghurt
- cheese (any, grated)
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- red chilli powder (to taste)
- fresh coriander (chopped)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1⅛ pounds chicken
- 5 cardamom (green)
- 3 cardamom (black)
- 1 star anise
- 2 leaves bay leaves
- 1½ tablespoons garam masala
- 1 tablespoon chicken masala
- 3 tablespoons onion paste
- garlic paste (to taste)
- ginger paste (to taste)
- 2 cloves
- 2½ tablespoons plain yogurt
- cheese (any, grated)
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- red chile powder (to taste)
- cilantro (chopped)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
Method

- Wash chicken
- Marinate chicken with few crushed green n black cardamom
- Sprinkle a little garam masala and then add yogurt and mix.
- Keep it for 15-20 min, put pan on and heat add oil around 3 tbsp and when it get hot add rest of green and black cardamom.
- Add little cumin and then add bay leaves and mix.
- Add onion paste and ginger and garlic paste and mix until it is a light brown colour and then add tumeric , chilli powder, coriander powder and chopped tomatoes.
- Mix it for few minutes and then add rest of the garam masala and chicken and mix it until the oil separates.
- Add chicken and fry it for 15 min into those spices, so that chicken gets flavour.
- Add salt and some cheese according to taste and mix.
- Add boiling water according to how much curry you want and let it boil until this chicken is tender and whole spice is mixed in.
- When it turns into a nice thick curry add freshly chopped coriander leaves on top of the chicken curry and serve chicken with rice and Indian bread.
