Wash chicken
Marinate chicken with few crushed green n black cardamom
Sprinkle a little garam masala and then add yogurt and mix.
Keep it for 15-20 min, put pan on and heat add oil around 3 tbsp and when it get hot add rest of green and black cardamom.
Add little cumin and then add bay leaves and mix.
Add onion paste and ginger and garlic paste and mix until it is a light brown colour and then add tumeric , chilli powder, coriander powder and chopped tomatoes.
Mix it for few minutes and then add rest of the garam masala and chicken and mix it until the oil separates.
Add chicken and fry it for 15 min into those spices, so that chicken gets flavour.
Add salt and some cheese according to taste and mix.
Add boiling water according to how much curry you want and let it boil until this chicken is tender and whole spice is mixed in.
When it turns into a nice thick curry add freshly chopped coriander leaves on top of the chicken curry and serve chicken with rice and Indian bread.
