Put the peaches into a bowl with the sugar . Pour on them a mixture made with 1/3 lemon juice, 1/3 cognac, 1/3 dry white wine. Cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours. After that strain and add a bottle of Prosecco. Serve in a glass with a tbsp of the steeped peaches on the bottom and a slice of lemon to garnish.
