Whip the sugar and yoghurt together till smooth and strain the mixture through a muslin cloth to remove the liquids. Then strain the mango pulp the same way too. Mix the mango pulp and the cardamom with the yoghurt. Refrigerate for a few hours. Top with chopped pistachios and serve
