Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

In a heavy saucepan on medium heat bring to a boil, the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Let boil for 1 minute then take off heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. Return to heat for 30 seconds stirring constantly. Then drop mixture by teaspoonfuls(or tablespoonfuls if greedy, as I am) on a sheet of waxed paper, or a sheet pan that's been oiled, and let rest until cooled and hardened.
