Add margarine, water and caster sugar into a bowl and place in the microwave for 1 minute. Once taken out of microwave stir mixture for about 30 seconds. Add cocoa powder and icing sugar and mix together and you are looking for a dark chocolate look. Finally leave to set for 5-10 minutes then it will be ready to apply to your cake.
