Ingredients

Serves: 2-4

Metric Cups
  • 150 grams red grapes (seedless - halved)
  • 150 grams grapes (seedless - halved)
  • 1 handful fresh tarragon
  • 100 grams rocket
  • 100 grams goat's cheese
  • 50 grams pinenuts (toasted)
  • 50 grams flaked almonds (or walnuts - toasted)
  • ½ orange
  • ½ lemon
  • 25 millilitres red wine vinegar
  • 75 millilitres extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 5⅓ ounces red grapes (seedless - halved)
  • 5⅓ ounces grapes (seedless - halved)
  • 1 handful fresh tarragon
  • 3½ ounces arugula
  • 3½ ounces goat's cheese
  • 1¾ ounces pinenuts (toasted)
  • 1¾ ounces sliced almonds (or walnuts - toasted)
  • ½ orange
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 fluid ounce red wine vinegar
  • 3 fluid ounces extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Method

Grape, Goat's Chevre Cheese and Tarragon Salad is a community recipe submitted by Dabrita and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.

  • Mix together orange and lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl place grapes, tarragon and 1/2 of the goats cheese roughly crumbled and the freshly toasted nuts. Add a couple of spoonfuls of dressing and gently combine. Let stand for 5 minutes to allow flavours to mingle.
  • Dress rocket with a little of the dressing and then combine the goats cheese and nuts mixture with the rocket.
  • Place on a serving plate and crumble remaining goats cheese over top .
