Grape, Goat's Chevre Cheese and Tarragon Salad

Mix together orange and lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil and season with salt and pepper. In a bowl place grapes, tarragon and 1/2 of the goats cheese roughly crumbled and the freshly toasted nuts. Add a couple of spoonfuls of dressing and gently combine. Let stand for 5 minutes to allow flavours to mingle. Dress rocket with a little of the dressing and then combine the goats cheese and nuts mixture with the rocket. Place on a serving plate and crumble remaining goats cheese over top .
