- 250 millilitres light corn syrup (or dark)
- 3 medium eggs
- 125 millilitres sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon almond extract
- 170 grams pecan nuts (halves)
- 113 grams chocolate chips (bittersweet)
- 1 pastry case (9")
- 1 cup light corn syrup (or dark)
- 3 medium eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon almond extract
- 6 ounces pecan nuts (halves)
- 4 ounces chocolate chips (bittersweet)

- Preheat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla and almond extract until well combined.
- Mix in the pecans and chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture into pastry shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes, or until softly set.

Additional Information
