Process the wafers in a processor till crumbled Add the melted butter until combined Press into pie plate and set aside Gently melt marshmallows and milk together in a double boiler Add creme de cacao and brandy and wisk together till smooth Pour into large bowl and let cool Whip heavy cream to soft peaks Fold into marshmallow mixture until combined Pour into the crust, cover and put in freezer for 2 hours Enjoy!
Introduction
My father developed this recipe for his restaurant back when grasshopper pie was big. It is best served frozen. Hope you enjoy it!

For the Chocolate Wafer Cookies, Unsalted Butter
- 9 boxes chocolate wafer cookies
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
For the Marshmallows, Milk, Creme De Cacao, Brandy, Heavy Cream
- 16 large marshmallows
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup creme de cacao
- 1 cup brandy
- 1½ cups heavy cream
