Place heavy cream and 2 tbsp flour into a saucepan until a roux is formed. Add Cheeses... taking or adding however much of each you want for the perfect melted goo. Pour over cooked shells in a baking dish Cut chives into slices over shells Cover in thin layer of breadcrumbs or matzo Bake 180 for 10 minutes, covered. Uncover until golden brown.
Introduction
When Nigella said her favourite cheese was Gorgonzola, I had to make Mac N Cheese out of it! Quick, easy and delicious.

- 17½ fluid ounces cream
- 1 cup gorgonzola cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- pasta (shells)
- 5 sticks chives (optional)
- breadcrumbs (or matzo meal - optional)
