In a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water melt the chocolate and butter together. Beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Whisk in thesalt, coffee and vanilla. Stir in the chocolate mixture. Fold in the flour. Lastly add the chocolate chips and mix well. Pour the mixture to a prepared tray and bake for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool. Cut into squares.
