  • 115 grams chocolate
  • 115 grams butter
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 150 grams flour
  • 150 grams chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces chocolate
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 7 ounces sugar
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 5 ounces flour
  • 5 ounces chocolate chips

Method

  • In a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water melt the chocolate and butter together.
  • Beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Whisk in thesalt, coffee and vanilla. Stir in the chocolate mixture.
  • Fold in the flour.
  • Lastly add the chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture to a prepared tray and bake for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
  • Cut into squares.
