Yummy Fettuccine

Boil a pot of water and cook the fettuccine as directed. Drain and set aside. Chop the bacon into bite sized pieces. Heat a pan and fry the bacon gently. Stir in the corn if using. Add the peppers along with the cream. Simmer for a few minutes (about 5 minutes). Add the scallions and some grated parmesan. Stir to combine. Now tip the boiled fettuccine to the pan. Mix well and grab a plate, serve and eat.

- 13 ounces fettuccine
- 5 rashers bacon
- ½ cup cream
- 1 diced red bell pepper
- 4 chopped scallions
- 1 can creamed sweetcorn (optional)
- 1 grated Parmesan cheese

Additional Information
Sometimes I add some green peas or the grated zest of a lemon. You can use mushrooms instead of the corn. I use whatever I have at home.
