Stir-fry chicken or ham with garlic and carrots and peas add macaroni, season with salt and pepper. Once it cooked, add the milk and wait till the mix thickens. Then, add the mashed potatoes with the butter and cheese if you like, 1.5 of the eggs, nutmeg and season with salt and pepper. Mix evenly. Spoon the stir-fry into an oven-proof dish and top with potato. Pour and brush the remaining of the eggs on-top of the potato. Using a fork, start making lines vertically and horizontally. Oven for 45mins or until golden brown under 180 degree.
