  • 2 packets gelatine (dissolved in 2 glasses)
  • 1 water (lukewarm)
  • 130 grams sugar
  • 850 grams Greek yoghurt (strained)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 500 millilitres fresh cream
  • 1 can fruit (for topping)

  • 30 ounces Greek yoghurt (strained)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 17½ fluid ounces fresh cream
  • 1 can fruit (for topping)
