pre heat over to about 180deg roll out puff pastry to approx7 inch square. take corned beef out of tin and cover with the mustard. place in centre of rolled out pastry and crimp ends to meet at the top and sides sealing first with beaten egg. Brush all over with the egg and place on baking tray. I find that covering the tray first with some flour help the en-crout from sticking Place in oven and cook until golden. cut into slices and serve. Serve with vegetables of your choice of course the sky is the limit but my children love Baked Beans.
