Orange Scented White Chocolate Truffles

Place cream and orange zest in saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to the boil. Take off heat and let it steep about 30 minutes. Place chocolate in a bowl. Reheat cream until it's just boiling and strain over chocolate. Let stand 30 seconds then stir gently until the chocolate melts. Cool until firm and then roll walnut sized portions in coconut.
